Vom Tragen und Getragen werden – a Workshop by compagnie lou

It’s going to be acrobatic! Tanja Peinsipp and Susa Siebel (compagnie lou) explore various strategies for relating one’s own body to the surrounding space and other bodies. The focus is on gentle techniques of lifting, being lifted, supporting, and receiving impulses. Being carried becomes an artistic principle and a tool for achieving a state of calm. The workshop is open to anyone interested, with or without prior experience.
